Hi all! Hope you are well! the Salt cave needs more activities! And frankly so do I! This summer I’m ready to commit to some early morning options! I’ve got plenty of yoga mats (specifically for the salt cave only) we can space them out for movement options. yoga, stretching, plank, squats - even hula hoop! (That’s what I’m shooting for space wise) - so maybe only 5 at a time. 30 minute mini salt session to start the day! Free formed class all levels/activity welcomed. reserve online at least 12 hours in advance! Let’s do a 4 week challenge - see how great we feel afterward! who’s in?
