In my experience all healing journeys start with taking care of our physical bodies, our root chakra, our vehicle we get through life with. And no 2 bodies are made the same so everyone needs their own unique plan based off their unique body. Let’s sit down together for 30 minutes to talk about your needs and how we can align to get those needs met. No obligations just a 30 minute conversation and some tools that can get you started. How can you nurture your body in love? How can you get the proper nutrition you need? How can you incorporate movement as play? How can you do life better? Booking 24 hours in advance required. Cancellation with refund only if 6 hours in advance of appointment. If you are unable to make it to your appointment we would be happy to reschedule, if you're within 24 hours of your appointment.
