The average human is exposed to over 70,000 toxins on average. From the cleaners we use, to the deodorant we put under our armpits, and even the water bottles our water comes in. Our physical bodies are exposed to so many things that it wasn't meant to and clearing those out is foundational to getting our bodies back to rest and repair, instead of a state of fight or flight. Our minds are the same way. We live in a connected world with screens constantly filling our minds with information overload. We are taking in so much data that we don't have the time or space to navigate all of the information we are receiving. Our brains are super computers that can process so much more than we give them credit for but they need silence and space to process that information. We need to detox them from all of the negativity and reprogram them with positivity. Good in = Good out. Finally our energy bodies, or spirit, are also overworked. Every time we interact with another person we are exchanging energy with them. When we enter new spaces we are interacting with the energy that is in those spaces. Everything is made up of atoms vibrating on a frequency. This is what we mean by energy; the frequency our cells are vibrating on. Energy transfer is a real thing and if we are not clearing and detoxing our energy bodies then we can wind up bogged down there as well which can present as physical ailments in the body. Healthy cleansing and detoxing processes for our body, mind, and spirit are a key component to total health and wellness. You will leave this class with tools and a better understanding of how to use in your daily life.

Booking 24 hours in advance required. Cancellation with refund only if 6 hours in advance of appointment. If you are unable to make it to your appointment we would be happy to reschedule, if you're within 24 hours of your appointment.
