Gentle yoga with sound meditation

Service Description

Come and join us for a good dose of Self-Love with Yoga and Sound! We will begin with soft slide and glide movements involving self-massage offering the invitation to move from thoughts to feelings. Taking time to unwind and pause brings awareness to the inner resources that are within. The second half-hour will be sweet and blissful Sound Immersion including Crystal Bowls and soft percussion instruments. A guided meditation will focus the intention of Peace and Grace. Please join me in taking time to soften, calm and expand the mind, body and soul. No yoga experience is necessary. You may opt to just laying still. You know your body best. Loose clothing will be useful for self-massage.

Cancellation Policy

Booking 24 hours in advance required. Cancellation with refund only if 6 hours in advance of appointment. If you are unable to make it to your appointment we would be happy to reschedule, if you're within 24 hours of your appointment.
