Soundbath and Reiki

Service Description

Hosted by Carolyn Hidalgo of Path of Harmony and Alison of Frequency arising . A morning of reiki, SoundBath, guided mediation and community. The term “reiki” comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” which means vital life force energy that flows through all living things. The benefits of reiki revolve around the relaxation response which invokes the body’s natural healing process. As well as the following: Boosts Mood and Sleep Clears Energy Channels and Removes Blockages Soothes Anxiety Helps with Depression Eases Pain and Nausea Improves Sleep and Quality of Life Benefits of a Sound Bath: Promotes deep relaxation Lowers stress and anxiety Improves mood and well-being Improves sleep Heightens focus and energy A feeling of rejuvenation Sound Bath instruments include the following: Crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drum, and other percussion instruments.

Booking 24 hours in advance required. Cancellation with refund only if 6 hours in advance of appointment. If you are unable to make it to your appointment we would be happy to reschedule, if you're within 24 hours of your appointment.
